Improved English localization
With version 19.5 we implemented a general improvement of the English localization. In detail, we improved some text content and implemented some missing translations as well.
Adjustment of the date format in English and German
To have a consistent date format in the whole software, we improved the used date formats in both languages. For an English account we applied the date format MM/DD/YYYY. For german accounts the date format DD.MM.YYYY is used.
API changes for time tracking
Until now it was only possible to create a time tracking via the API when the ID of the working area has been set. This is now optional with this release so you don't necessarily need the ID when doing a POST via the API.
Fixed a bug where it was possible for the employee to see the absence type of their colleagues although this setting was disabled in the location-settings.
Fixed a bug, where an admin could see also other shifts when an employee has been selected and the option "Only show the activated user's shifts" was used.
Fixed a bug where the notes of absences were displayed wrong when the note was written in quotation marks.
Fixed a bug where a very long name wasn't abbreviated properly in the calendar view with three dots at the end.
Fixed a bug for warnings within workflows, where a line break couldn't be added anymore when using Shift+Enter in the input field.
Fixed a bug, where two error messages were displayed differently when the input fields of events haven't been filled out and the user tried to save it.
Fixed a bug where the resource export wasn't created when specific settings have been set.
