Tasks become "Appointments" & include an option to invite external guests
We changed the wording from Tasks to "Appointments". This doesn't affect any functionality.
For the appointments you are now able to invite external guests. You can do this by adding the mail address in the guests input field of an appointment. The guests will then receive a mail in which they are able to accept or decline the appointment invite. When declined a red X is shown beside the mail address in the appointment in Papershift. When an appointment has been accepted a green checkmark is shown.
This feature is currently in the beta phase. In case you want to try it out, feel free to contact our support.
Adjusted the help link in the left nav-bar
With a click on the help button which is shown in the sub-menu via the layer icon (Account-Settings), you will now get redirected to our new helpdesk site http://help.papershift.com/en.
With release 19.4 we did the following improvements of the public API:
- You are now able to adjust the working area of a time tracking.
- Until now you could delete the last working area via the public API. With this release, we prevent that action.
Fixed a bug, which caused a time tracking to be deleted completely, when it was based on two consecutive shifts and the time tracking of just one shift has been deleted.
Fixed a bug, which caused the window when editing a metric to be closed, when clicking on "Done" although data of the metric have been missing. The error message of the missing data was still shown.
Fixed a bug, where it was not possible to add a follower to a note when another follower with the same name has already been added.
Fixed a bug, where it wasn't possible to create a working area in the location-settings by hitting enter. When doing so, a line break has been added.
