Expanded public holiday settings for wage types
Until now you weren't able to exclude public holidays from the calculation of the payroll. With version 18.5 we implemented the checkbox "Calculate not on public holidays". Once this is set public holidays won't be included in the calculation anymore. This means that you are now able to define all the weekdays which should be considered for the calculation and exclude all public holidays from those.
New data type "Shift" for workflows
Based on this data type you are able to setup following new rules for shifts:
- Shift has no assignments.
- Shift is fully occupied.
- Shift is overstaffed.
- Shift is understaffed.
You are also able to define different triggering times for those rules and show based on this selection, for example, a warning which is shown an hour before a shift starts that it is understaffed.
Via the API you have now the possibility to archive employees. To do so you will need besides the API token the id or the external id of the corresponding employee.
