Employee reports: changed employee data
In employee reports, you are now able to create a report which only shows changed employee data. To use this you can set up a date and time within the report after the report has been exported. This time is used to show all the changed data until that specific timestamp. When this feature is used, only the changed data will be shown in the report. All other cells of the report where the data wasn't updated will be empty with two exceptions: the staff number and the client number will always be shown in reports.
In release 18.0 we did following improvements for usability and the user interface:
- Improved quick-add functionality for shifts: adding a selected employee to a shift is now a bit quicker.
- "Working areas" and "Tags" Dropdowns improved for long names: long names will now be shortened with "..." at the end of the name. When doing a mouseover for the name a tooltip will be shown with the complete working area or tag name.
- Improvement of single shift creation: we optimized the validation process for this which makes the shift creation for single shifts faster.
- For shifts which have assignments and are added via copy/paste in the past: a dialogue is now being shown where you are able to create a time tracking for the corresponding employees or not.
Data profiles expanded
The data profiles have now been expanded with a new function and an additional standard data profile. With the new function, you are able to activate and deactivate a data profile. Deactivated data profiles will also not be shown in the employee profile or during the employee check-in.
Via the new data profile "Lohndirekt" you are able to define additional employee information in the employee profile which can be used to work with the interface of our partner "Lohndirekt".
Changements for the VAT calculation
With release 18.0 we adjusted how the VAT is calculated when a purchase is being processed like this: when a tax ID is added and/or the country dropdown is set to "DE", the VAT is always calculated. In case a tax ID is added and another country than "DE" is selected for the billing address, the VAT won't be calculated.
Invite employees: added missing localization
Some text content for the employee check-in, as well as for the employee invitation haven't been localized yet. We fixed that now so that all of this content is localized and displayed with the correct language.
Fixed a bug, where the date format and some text content for a payroll export was displayed with a mixture of German and English in some cases.
Fixed a bug, where e-mails regarding time tracking have been sent twice by a workflow.
Fixed a bug, where different time tracking could overlap each other under specific circumstances.
