If you do not want to change the time trackings of your employees, but want to create new trackings afterwards (e.g. because an employee forgot to stamp in to work), Papershift offers several possibilities to do so.
Click on the calendar symbol in the menu bar → go to the day on which the unplanned shift took place → assign the employee to the desired shift or create a new shift → confirm the assignment by clicking "Save".
You will now receive a warning that the shift takes place in the past and you can decide whether you want to create a time tracking as well. Confirm that you also want to create the tracking and the changes will be applied.
You will now find the tracking in the time tracking overview
Click on the clock symbol (time trackings) in the menu bar → click on the "+" button in the upper right corner to create a new time tracking → in the new window you can now enter the data of the time tracking.
Confirm the tracking by clicking "Save".
The tracking is now shown in the time tracking overview.
