Is a working area missing when planning? Should shifts be created in a specific working area?
The working areas can be created in various different ways.
Directly in the calendar, click on the arrow next to the working area in the upper right corner → now down in the white field → enter the name of the working area → press enter.
Now the area is created and all employees are assigned to this area. If a shift is created, the area can be selected immediately.
The areas can also be created directly in the time tracking index (clock), in the absence index (sign with heart) and in the employee index (red tie).
If not all employees should be assigned to this working area, the area can also be created within the settings.
Click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner (Location-Settings) → on the Scheduling tab → on the green button "New Working Area" → set the name of the working area → save.
The area can be assigned its own colour. Click on the blue gear icon and select the colour.
The areas are first sorted numerically and then alphabetically.
CAREFUL: If a colour is selected it is dominant! The standard colours red when not occupied enough and green when occupied enough will only be displayed as coloured frames around the shifts.
